We’re committed to making sure you and your child are fully satisfied with your purchase from the Inspired Martial Arts Pro Shop. Below is our refund and returns policy for both physical items and events.

📦 Physical Products (Uniforms, Equipment, Merchandise)

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

• We do not accept returns on items that have been personalised (e.g. printed names, club badges).

📮 How to Return:

• Email us at admin@inspiredmartialarts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

• Items can be returned in person at any of our clubs or posted back (at your expense unless the item is faulty).

• Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Mouthguards, groin guards, and any worn safety equipment

• Sale or clearance items

🗓️ Events & Bookings (Camps, Gradings, Seminars)

🟡 Cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded but may be credited toward a future event (at our discretion).

❗ No-Shows:

• If a student fails to attend without notice, no refund or credit will be issued.

💬 Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand life happens — please contact us if you’re dealing with illness or an emergency, and we’ll do our best to help.

💳 Refund Method

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot issue cash refunds for online purchases.
